The Mill at College Grove
A staple member of the downtown fabric of College Grove, TN. The Mill at College Grove sits at the corner of Horton Highway & Harper Street. It currently houses the fantastic speed shop ‘Hot Rods & Threads’
The Commons at Spring Hill
Situated on the original Homestead of Erskine Early, founder of Early’s Honey Stand, The Commons sits nestled along Highway 31, in Spring Hill, TN. The project consists of over 4.5 acres, plenty of green space, a pond, and four separate buildings totaling roughly 14,000 sq ft of space.
The Mill at Lebanon
On the Historic Registry, The Historic Lebanon Woolen Mills consists of multiple buildings, nearly 200,000 sq ft of space.
The Mill Phase II
The second Phase of The Mill at Lebanon project consists of 90,000 sq ft of buildings, an historic train well and some of the oldest buildings on the property. Completion set for Q4 2021.
